GLT Labtech

GLT, Gesellschaft für Labortechnik mbH.  offers, after delivery, a one year full guarantee on the correct functioning of the Dilumatic-M2. Within this guarantee period we will repair all functional faults which can be proven to be due to a lack in quality or a material defect. The necessary parts as well as any service costs will not be charged. If possible, the repair will take place on site.  If the repair needs to take place in our workshop, the cost and risk of transport will be charged to the client. 

Faults which arise from normal wear and tear, damages through incorrect use and/or disregard of the instructions will be excluded.  The guarantee will not cover instances where non-authorized persons dismantle or replace any parts without obtaining our written consent, and any damage that occurs will not be covered under the guarantee and will, therefore, not be reimbursed.
