Although our products are produced using the highest quality parts and are made taking the utmost care, it is always possible that a failure may occur. To be able to rectify this as quickly as possible there is an optional maintenance contract.

To ensure that there is no delay we will send you a Leen-Dilumatic in a special transport box. You will send us your Dilumatic-M2 for repair returned in this box. After repair, we will use the same procedure.

The concept and construction of the Dilumatic-M2 is designed in such a way that any faulty parts can be easily replaced by your own technical department. We can support this with a video presentation.
